"I have to say... I have never used the services of a travel agent. Thank goodness we had Robin with ROPAKELE Travel organize our trip to Mexico. We had a party of 13 and had an absolutely wonderful trip. Unfortunately, however, there was a snow storm in Houston which resulted in the Houston airport shutting down all flights. With our flight being cancelled, Robin was two steps ahead of us, not only booking a hotel room for us but also the shuttle to get us there. The guys at the hotel laughed as they told us just how persistent our travel agent was in finding us a room for the night. Working for hours on the phone, she did everything in her power to ease our stress in trying to get home. I cannot imagine a travel agent going to such lengths as she did.
